It may take 65 minutes, if not 1 hour, to complete all exercises.

I&#039;ve tried this routine myself for a couple of weeks before putting it here.

Other than the flat bench press, leg press, and Overhead Press, no exercises require loading or deloading.

We hardly spent 45-60 seconds performing 10 to 12 reps. If you perform isolation exercises, it will take even less time.

If you breakdown time, here&#039;s how you can complete all exercises in one hour:
Warm-up: 5 minutes
Rest: 35 minutes
15-17 sets: 20 minutes.

Still, if you can&#039;t complete the workout in one hour, you can reduce sets, reps, and the number of exercises.

I&#039;ve mentioned in this program that anyone can customize this routine according to their need. Still, if I receive more comments like yours, I&#039;ll change this routine. After all, I&#039;ve designed this program for my visitors.]]></description>
